Shipment processing time
We will make every effort to ship any compliant orders that were submitted by 12:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday – Friday. Orders are typically not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Thus, for planning purposes please allow additional days in transit for delivery. For status on your orders, you can reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling (866) 375-4023.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
By default, all orders will be sent via ground delivery. However, and at your sole expense, you may select overnight delivery at checkout*. Delivery times will vary from 1 to 6 days depending on your geographic location and requested delivery type.
Shipping rates are determined based on type of delivery, weight, size and geographic location.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and will not be the responsibility of Ondigo.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Ondigo does not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

If an order is refused by the customer at the customer’s address of record, the customer will be responsible for any charges associated with the returned items. Those charges include; outbound shipping, return shipping, and a $25 restocking fee.
Damages and order inaccuracy
Ondigo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling (866) 375-4023 within 3 days of receiving your order for assistance with your claim.
If your order was shipped inaccurately please contact us directly at email@example.com or by calling (866) 375-4023. You must file a claim with Ondigo within 3 days of receiving the order in question.
You must save all packaging materials and damaged goods if you would like to make a claim for damaged products or inaccurate deliveries. Claims made more than 3 days after Carrier verified delivery will be denied by Ondigo.
Shipping costs to any International locations will be at the sole cost of the customer. To better understand the cost of shipping to an International location we encourage you to first contact our sales and support team at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling (866) 375-4023 before placing your order. Once your order has been invoiced shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Ondigo reserves the right to change these policies at its sole discretion. Nothing in this policy is designed or considered a guarantee of service.
