Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are determined using the “Ondigo Volume Pricing Tier” and calculated after the order has been invoiced. For more information, please contact Ondigo support.
Note: Ondigo does not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Free Shipping Rate
Effective January 1, 2025, the minimum order value for free ground shipping will be $333. Orders exceeding $333 qualify for free ground shipping.
Express Shipping
If you would like your order sooner and you’re in the continental United States, you can select an express or rush delivery at checkout.
Note: Express shipping is not covered under the free shipping policy and remains an additional cost regardless of order value.
Shipment Processing Time
We aim to ship all eligible orders placed by 3:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Delivery usually takes 1 to 6 business days based on your location. Once shipped, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier.

Where Do Orders Ship From?
Ondigo provides fulfillment centers on both the east and west coasts, ensuring faster delivery via ground services. Our streamlined logistics prioritize reliable and timely shipping.
If an order is refused at the delivery address, the customer will be responsible for all associated charges, including outbound shipping, return shipping, and a $25 restocking fee. These charges cover handling, processing, and restocking costs associated with the returned items.
Ondigo is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact us at support@ondigo.com or call (866) 375-4023 within 3 days of delivery to file a claim.
For order inaccuracies, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Claims made after this timeframe will not be accepted.
To file a claim for damaged products or inaccurate deliveries, you must save all packaging materials and damaged goods. The carrier may also require photos of the damage for verification.
Ondigo ships to Boost Authorized locations in Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. For orders over $500, ground shipping fees are waived. Expedited shipping services, when available, are offered at an additional cost.
Please note that domestic shipping policies, including discounts and volume pricing tiers, do not apply to international shipments. Shipping costs to international locations are the sole responsibility of the customer. Additional customs duties or taxes, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

Defective products or returned merchandise must be shipped back to Ondigo at the customer’s expense.
